Claude Code triages. The feedback is categorised, tagged for priority, and routed — bugs go to the dev backlog, product requests go to the catalogue review, praise goes on the wall.

Human reviews. Every AI-triaged item gets a human reading within one business day. You get a real response, not a form letter.

Shipping loop. Where your feedback led to a fix or a new product, you'll hear about it when it lands.
